The Southend, Essex and Thurrock (SET) Guidelines for Safeguarding Adults and the reporting form "SET SAF" have been reviewed and re-written and have changed from April 1,  2019.

The headline changes are: 
- The document is based on Greater London guidelines (making cross border working much easier)
- More info graphics (making the guidance easier to read and simpler to interpret)
- Greater emphasis on making safeguarding personal (to comply with up to date guidance)
- Updated timescales (to fit other related guidance)
- A new Stage 3 - Safeguarding Adult Management Plan Review (to give the safeguarding meeting more direction and guidance)
- Hyperlinks to useful webpages and documents
